Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with confidence to join in our warehouse with an accurate and efficient work ethic. We have a fast paced work environment and we are looking for someone that can join the current system and bring a strong level of commitment and professionalism to the team.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience working a warehouse that supports multiple departments and location, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with co-workers with various devices including but not limited to phone, email, text, fax, etc...

• An outgoing personality to handle a rapid pace, quick turnaround ordering process. This includes parts for shipment and parts being checked in and out from productions teams.

• Ability to work individually and with a team.

• Basic computer skills including previous experience working with Google Docs, Master PDF, and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with Job Boss is a plus but not required.

• Ability to work a standard schedule of Monday Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or 7:00 am-3:30 pm - including overtime as dictated by business needs.

What will you be doing here?

• Completing customers' orders as they arrive via email, fax, phone, or from another company team member.

• Accurately cataloging parts coming in and out of production teams from multiple locations.

• Work with the Shipping and Logistics team to ensure that orders are sent out in a timely manner.

• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer.

• Safely work in a material handling role with use of power equipment, including but not limited to pallet jacks, fork lifts, etc.

• Complete all other paperwork as necessary, including but not limited to: time sheets, invoice matching, collecting and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail, etc...

• Other assigned tasks as necessary.
