Service Technician - Nothum International

Service Technician Nothum International BV 

Currently, we are looking for a service Technician for the worldwide markets to support our small team in Oirschot, The Netherlands.

We are Nothum International BV, a company that is selling and servicing exiting solutions for the Food Processing Industry, all over the world, except for North and South America. 

Our mother company, Nothum Manufacturing Company, is based in Springfield, Missouri, US. Nothum Manufacturing Company has been founded in 1971, and it is a family-owned business. Our business in The Netherlands has started 3 years ago, and we have shown continuous growth in our activities. We sell and service equipment for the Further Processing Industry, and more precisely the coating and Frying steps in this process. 

The job 

• • Executing excellent service to our customers
  • Preparing installations
  • Installing and commissioning of new equipment
  • Troubleshooting
  • Aftercare of newly installed equipment
  • Communicate and report in English and German language
  • Train our customer thoroughly on their new or existing equipment

Your background 

• • Mechanical Engineering
  • Affinity with process and/or food technology,
  • Prepared to travel (60-70%),
  • Prepared to work in a small team with a lot of independence 
  • Self-supporting and self-generating 
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to make an extra effort when needed
