Service Coordinator-

The Service Team Coordinator is the administrative wheel hub for our highly-charged, traveling, go-when-needed Service Team. The team consists of highly-skilled maintenance professionals who travel across North America to customer locations trouble shooting, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with new equipment installs. What you'll be doing:

The Service Team Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administration and coordination. This includes utilizing GoogleDrive, ERP, and other softwares and systems to ensure service visits are scheduled and processed through to completion. This includes collecting customer PO's and prompt processing of invoices. You'll collect and maintain accurate P&L records, as well as review expenses and credit card usage. You'll assist in the development and utilization of SOP's within the department. Ensure proper maintenance of company fleet vehicles and ensure recordkeeping. Coordinate training and team-building events. You'll review team hours, and review, proofread, and distribute service reports.

What you'll need to bring:

Strong knowledge and understanding of processes, software and systems, including ERP, Accounting, Payroll, and Customer Service.

Strong professional communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to communicate and build positive relationships across all levels of the business, including external customers and vendors and throughout widely varied geographic areas.

Self-motivated and well-organized, able to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Strong follow-up and customer service focus and drive.

Required:

Valid Driver's License

High School Diploma or GED

4+ years AR/AP, Customer Service, Professional Office experience preferred.

Highly proficient in MS Office and Google Applications

Manufacturing experience preferred.
