Primary Function: Provide Administrative Support and Customer Service for the Service Department

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for customer service of the department
  • Provide administrative support for the Service Department in an organized and accessible format
  • Planning travel arrangements for Service Technicians
  • Set-up service jobs in the system
  • Maintain accurate P&L records for service jobs including review of credit card statements and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain Service Technician Calendar by scheduling and dispatching Service Technicians for preventative and corrective maintenance, monitor the Help Desk Calendar and dispatch techs as necessary and verify scheduling with customers
  • Monitor weekly hours, scheduling accordingly
  • Proofing and distributing Service Reports and Records
  • PTCU coordination and planning
  • Maintain safety training materials and manuals
  • Coordinate and assist in all onboarding for Service Department New Hires
  • Coordination with Parts Department; route parts orders from Service Department
  • Other duties as assigned by Service Department Manager
  • Other assigned responsibilities from other members of the executive or senior team

Required Education & Experience

  • Highly skilled in MS Office and Google Applications
  • 2 years Professional or Manufacturing Office environment
  • High School Diploma required; some college or college degree preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
