Service Administrator

Nothum Food Processing Systems is a family-owned, oriented, and operated local business. Celebrating 50 years of business in the Springfield, MO community in 2021 - there has never been a better time to join our team! We are looking for a full-time Service Administrator to join our team to be the main point of contact for all the administrative touchpoints in the Service department.

Essential Function:

• Provide administrative support for the entire Service Department
• Work directly with the Assistant Service Manager to ensure daily department administrative functions are completed correctly
• Ensure department information is organized and easily accessible
• Review credit card statements and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain safety training materials and manuals
• Compile KPI data weekly for management review
• Make all travel arrangements for department, ensuring all travel is done in the most cost effective and efficient manner
• Provide all onboarding for Service Department New Hires
• Other duties as assigned by Service Department Management
• Any other assigned responsibility from other members of the executive or senior team

Required Education and Experience:

• Highly skilled in MS Office and Google Applications
• 2 years Professional Office Environment
• High School Diploma; some college or college degree preferred
• Valid Driver's License
