Recruiting Specialist

As we celebrate 50 years of ethical business practices in 2021, we are looking to add a Recruiting Specialist to our team to help our hiring managers grow and build their teams resulting in a great place to work, satisfied customers, and a unified team. 

Essential Functions: 

• Utilize company ATS for posting jobs, sourcing candidates, maintaining proper documentation, scheduling interviews, extending offers, etc
• Actively participate in the full hiring process including but not limited to phone interviews, reference checks, applicable background checks, extending offers, scheduling drug screens, etc
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vital community partners, including but not limited to local career centers, vocational schools, secondary educational institutes, universities, etc. 
• Attend career fairs, community events, etc and positively represent the company
• Maintain company social media pages in partnership with Marketing to highlight positive employment attributes
• Conduct Exit Interviews for separating team members

Required Characteristics

• Ability to positively represent the company with friendly communication skills, excitement about the organization
• Ability to maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality
• Ability and willingness to follow policies and procedures
• Ability to communicate policies and procedures to team members as necessary
• Ability to make new team members feel welcome and be an active part of new hire set up process

Required Education & Experience

• High School Diploma required Associate's degree or higher preferred (emphasis in business or HR)
• Previous experience recruiting for at least 1 year required, manufacturing/warehouse/STEM industries preferred but not required
• Valid Driver's License and a clean MVR

Travel Requirements

• Up to 10% for career fairs, community events, etc
• Normal travel between locations as necessary
