Project Analyst

What are we looking for?

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with programmers, managers, supervisors, and leads to determine project requirements, scope, and time table for proposed solutions. Facilitate interdepartmental lines of communication to best optimize the system, project implementation, and improvements.
• Ability to perform analysis; Research, Monitor, and analyze data to produce system insights and action recommendations.
• Ability to monitor and analyze system-based performance indicators with the objective of identifying potential issues and suggest solutions to increase company efficiency and productivity.
• Strong analytic reporting skills to validate the projects being implemented are to Nothum standards.
• Strong skills in Excel and Word.

What will you be doing here?

• Assist with implementing new systems and projects; monitoring system data and supporting teams with problem-solving issues.
• Work with existing projects (i.e. MRP System bettering scheduling of capacity, production, and inventory continually looking for ways to implement improvements)
• Act as Liaison between IT (programming) and all team members to collect feedback and assist with interdepartmental problem-solving.
• Educate team members on system use, training, and future improvements.
