What you will be doing here:
- Answer all calls and walk-in traffic professionally and timely, including collecting and maintaining any NDAs that are needed
- Maintain and Organize vendor relationships for building maintenance including but not limited to cleaning, trash, internet, and safety
- Provide assistance to all members of the executive leadership team (personal and professional) and senior leadership teams (professional) as needed
- Ensure locations are ready for all needs ranging from daily use, special visits/events, and overall business operations
- Store and file all company patent information, business licenses, and necessary documentation for daily and ongoing operations.
