Material Planner/Scheduler

• Several years of MRP, ERP experience in manufacturing
• Experience with inventory control and methods to optimize inventory levels
• Knowledge of production control, cycle times, production orders, work schedules, master data administration including BOM maintenance
• Knowledge of value stream mapping, analyze bottlenecks, compare plan and actual production performance and suggests proper corrective actions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Very good organizational skills required
• Must have the ability to anticipate problems and willingness to act pro-actively
• Excellent problem-solving skills required
• Must be computer literate
• Safety Mentality required
• Ability & willingness to follow policies & procedures

• High School/GED required
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years in a warehouse/procurement/purchasing - manufacturing setting preferred

• Local travel between company locations required - as needed
