Marketing Coordinator

Nothum Food Processing Systems is a family-owned, oriented, and operated local business. Celebrating 50 years of business in the Springfield, MO community in 2021 - there has never been a better time to join our team! We are looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Essential Functions:

• Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to establish a marketing strategy and/or plan for Nothum's promotional
  presentations
• Communicating Nothum's campaigns to customers through means of digital and printed marketing materials
• Planning and managing trade shows and customer events - scheduling, coordinating and developing
  assignments both domestically and internationally
• Maintaining an inventory of sales support materials and making sure they are accurate and up to date
• Designing and creatively thinking about Nothum's presentation within the marketplace
• Create and design graphics with Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva
• Deliver a strong web presence through social media, website, and advertisements
• Think outside the box for designing graphics and videography

Required Characteristics

• Strong written communication for website blogs, social media, and email blasts
• Willingness to complete other tasks as needed to fulfill company needs
• Willingness to main a clean and safe work environment that supports the company as a whole
• Ability to follow policies and procedures
• Time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Knowledge of a B2B marketing style and quick learner
• Maintain open communication with surrounding departments as necessary, including but not limited to, Sales,
  Service, Engineering, Production, R&D, and Supply Chain using various forms of communication channels

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing/Public Relations
• Preferred marketing experience of 1-2 years
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate with vendors, contractors, and organizations
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, and PDF to name a few
• Project Management experience and time-management skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Must have knowledge of WordPress, Hootsuite, and MailChimp or must be tech-savvy

Travel Requirements

• Travel up to 50% and ability to travel both domestically and internationally as necessary for trade shows and
  conventions.
