Job Summary:

The Service Team Manager will be detail-oriented to manage our service department and handle customer service interactions, reports, PM, and repairs. The service manager's responsibilities include providing the highest level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships, and managing the service team members. The service manager maintains a strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as the company's products and services.

Sales-minded attitude as well as excellent leadership skills. Ability to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and third-party vendors.

  • Ability to build the service department by adding team members, developing onboarding training, creating department structure, and expanding business opportunities.

  • Be willing to pick up any task that is falling through the cracks while providing a high level of customer service

  • Grow and develop the service team to adequate levels for performance and profitability
  • Travels and meets with maintenance managers and other management at customer sites to develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships.
  • Responsible for selling service contracts, including regular PMs, line audits, line training, classroom training, and all other items that will ultimately help our customers achieve the full benefit of solutions sold by Nothum.
  • Ensures resolution of escalated issues with customers to ensure that Nothum and the customer maintain positive views of each other.
  • Develops and carries out a yearly budget.
  • Ensures all customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently utilizing engineering, manufacturing, and other teams as needed with the ultimate goal of completely satisfying the customer.

Some Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License, Clean MVR, Current Passport
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and education combination.
  • Ability to travel internationally needed
