Human Resources Manager

Primary Function

Oversee all functions related to HR including but not limited to: staffing, payroll, benefits, human relations, employment
compliance.


Essential Functions

  • Partner with Executive Leadership team to efficiently coordinate on staffing, human relations and compliance.
  • Oversee implementation of performance management.
  • Negotiate favorable benefit plans for team and budget.
  • Lead HR team members.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy.
  • Administer annual compensation and benefit analysis, and create ranges.
  • Oversee and implement creation and adaption of employment policies, procedures and handbook.
  • Any other assigned responsibility from other members of the executive team.

Required Education and Experience

  • College degree in Human Resources strongly preferred or,.
  • 7 years successfully managing Human Resources in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs assisted and move around files, boxes, etc.

Travel Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Appropriate vehicle insurance.
  • Local, as needed.
