Human Resources Manager
Primary Function
Oversee all functions related to HR including but not limited to: staffing, payroll, benefits, human relations, employment
compliance.
Essential Functions
- Partner with Executive Leadership team to efficiently coordinate on staffing, human relations and compliance.
- Oversee implementation of performance management.
- Negotiate favorable benefit plans for team and budget.
- Lead HR team members.
- Oversee payroll accuracy.
- Administer annual compensation and benefit analysis, and create ranges.
- Oversee and implement creation and adaption of employment policies, procedures and handbook.
- Any other assigned responsibility from other members of the executive team.

Required Education and Experience
- College degree in Human Resources strongly preferred or,.
- 7 years successfully managing Human Resources in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs assisted and move around files, boxes, etc.
Travel Requirements
- Valid Driver's License.
- Appropriate vehicle insurance.
- Local, as needed.
