HR Coordinator

Nothum Food Processing Systems is a family-owned, oriented, and operated local business. Celebrating 50 years of business in the Springfield, MO community in 2021 - there has never been a better time to join our team! We are looking for a part-time coordinator to join our team to be the main point of contact for all the administrative touch points in the HR department. This position is likely to be 25-30 hours per week.

Essential Functions

• Assist in planning company milestone events such as reviews, birthdays, service awards, team member recognition, etc.
• Partner with the HR Manager to administer benefit audits for deductions, invoices, enrollments, terminations, reconciliations, etc.
• Ensure bi-weekly payroll is accurate and timely with team member hours and deductions including salary changes, withholding orders, OT, etc.
• Maintain an organized system for both electronic and physical files, paperwork, and department information

Education/Experience Requirements

• Previous HR and payroll experience
• Clean MVR
• Professional communication skills and appearance required
• Associate's degree or higher in HR/Payroll strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or GED Required
