We are looking for self-motivated individuals with confidence to work within a team environment to provide the best product to our customers. We are growing quickly, and we are looking for someone that can join the current team and bring a strong level of commitment and professionalism.

What are we looking for?

• Strong mechanical background, with a preference in the food processing industry.
• Previous experience building electrical control panels consisting of switches, relays, motors, transformers, etc.
• Excellent reading and comprehension skills for electrical wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Ability to measure accurately and layout controls from blueprints.
• Must maintain a clean and safety minded work environment.
• Be able to communicate in a professional manner and work well as a team member.
• Certified Electrician preferred, but not required.

What will you be doing here?

• Perform daily tasks such as production inspections, conduct functional and continuity test of electrical assemblies, components, wire harness, and plugs.
• Using other electrical testing instruments to ensure panels and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
• Make wiring decisions related to size, color, and routing.
• Take directions and work with minimal supervision while staying on task and performing all tasks to quality assurance and safety standards.
• Work with team members within the Electrical team as well as various other departments to achieve production goals
• Help to continuously improve assembly process and methods.
